Student:
Student should be able to communicate/converse in Tamil without hesitation.
Be able to articulate their thoughts in Tamil using at least 2-3 tamil words in a sentence

Eligibility:
Criterial from Speech 1:
1. Student is interested in learning to converse/communicate in Tamil
2. Require dedicated support from ATLEASE ONE PARENT throughout the school year
Additional Criteria for Speech 2:
most of the rules apply the same as speech 1 but making a complete sentence in tamil using right verbs, tenses and grammar.
